Service Delivery Person

Alsco Uniforms is a multi-national company with a well-recognized brand profile. Our business includes textile rental services, managed washroom rental services, and consumables. We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Service Delivery Person to join our Whangarei & Northland Region team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independent servicing of customer sites throughout the Northland region.
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Build strong relationships with customers through detailed stock management and customer engagement

To Be Successful:

• Excellent communication skills and customer-focus, with reasonable physical fitness.
• You should have strong attention to detail for ensuring high quality service.
• You must be able to work unsupervised, solve problems, and manage your time effectively.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is essential.

NOTE: This is not just a delivery driver role. We are looking for someone who can regularly service and maintain customer sites, requiring strong customer interaction and service skills.

Requirements:

• A full and clean driver's license
• You must pass a full pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
• A Ministry of Justice check will also be completed as part of the hiring process
• You must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
