At Gas Glen Innes, we are looking for Shift Supervisors for our service station located in Glen Innes.
The job responsibilities are as per below:
- Supervising the store operations thoroughly while on the shift.
- Conduct regular stock checks to ensure the scheduling and handling of the inventory.
- Order stock as and when required.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and ensure to meet visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure that the store is fully stocked at all times.
- Ascertain customers’ needs and wants.
- Greet customers and ensure that they are felt welcomed.
- Manage point-of-sale processes.
- Ensure stock pricing is accurately managed to ensure that the gross profits are being met.
- Manage day-to-day banking related matters of the business.
- Meeting operational expectations to ensure smooth running of the store.
- Ensure that high quality standards are maintained.
- Work with the other team members, and direct them on the tasks they are supposed to do.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the management
Required to work for a minimum of 35 hours per week.
Requirements needed for this role:
- Minimum 1 year of Relevant Work Experience or relevant qualification (Level 4 or above).
- Available to work on weekends and night shifts
- Leadership skills
- Able to stand for longer duration
- Available to start early morning and work till late nights as per the rostered shifts
- Interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 – $31.00 per hour
