About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and passionate Territory Manager leader to join our high performing team on a permanent full-time basis, based in Tauranga you will be looking after the Rotorua, Taupo & Whakatane region. You will contribute to the continued development of our iconic market-leading brands by growing and maintaining business partnerships in the grocery channel.

What your day looks like:
- Lead, inspire and drive results through a team of merchandisers
- Commercial Customer Management, Selling & Negotiation
- Superior execution against compliance activities and incremental opportunities
- Management of your merchandiser and trade spend budgets
- Strict adherence to provided OSH guidelines
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships within your territory
The Ingredients for Success:
- An energetic and resilient achiever who can demonstrate a strong drive for results and provide superior customer focus challenging the status quo
- Excellent skills in planning and organising, your forward planning skills will see you ahead of the game in this role
- The ability to interpret data on a daily basis
- Experience managing a small team
- Microsoft Excel or SAP experience is desirable
