When You’ll Start:
We’re currently looking for guides to start in October 2025, but we also have casual and seasonal roles available during our peak summer season (Janaury–March). Some of our team guide year-round, while others just jump in for the summer, it's totally up to you!
What You’ll Do:
As a Group Leader, you’re the glue of the group – hyping people up, showing them the best of New Zealand, and making sure everything runs smooth from day one. You'll be leading the fun, the chats, the adventures… and probably a few late-night dance floors too.
Your Main Vibes:
- Be the ultimate host – friendly, approachable, and always up for a chat
- Keep the crew safe, supported and smiling
- Lead activities like hikes, kayaking and boat trips
- Show off your favourite local spots – from sunset viewpoints to mountain vistas
- Share stories, cultural tidbits and travel tips
- Help with the admin side (expenses, reporting, etc.)
- Snap some pics and help showcase the adventure on social media
Who We’re Looking For:
- Big energy and confidence – the kind of person who walks into a room and makes friends in 10 seconds
- A people person through and through – inclusive, approachable and naturally friendly
- Self-starters who take initiative and stay cool under pressure
- No guiding experience? No worries. If you’re outgoing, responsible, and love working with people, we can teach you the rest
- Bonus points if you’ve travelled or worked in tourism – but not a deal-breaker!
