What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in account management and sales (3+ years is preferred)
- Excellent relationship management skills with a customer first approach
- Strong commercial acumen with a resourceful nature and a drive to deliver
- An in-depth knowledge and understanding of emerging markets
- Experience in the building, construction or other trade industries
- Exceptional communication and time management skills
What you'll do:
- Grow sales revenue by identifying new business opportunities and expanding market share
- Support the Trade growth strategies by actively acquiring new trade customer partnerships
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, providing expert advice and tailored solutions to their individual needs
- Maintain great knowledge of industry trends, market developments and competitor activities
- Represent Mitre 10 MEGA at industry events, staying connected with the trade and construction sectors
The role:
- Is supported by the Trade Manager
- Comes equipped with a dedicated trade support team who are skilled in both administrative support, industry knowledge and customer relationships
- Is 40 hours per week Monday-Friday with some flexibility as required
