high school students. In this way, we provide high schoolers with contextualized

Position Purpose
This internship supports the delivery of virtual reality experiences in schools and other learning environments across New Zealand. As part of a small, energetic events team, you’ll assist the lead VR facilitator in running sessions, managing equipment, and engaging participants in a professional and inspiring way.
At Mindflight7, we work within a T-shaped organisational structure—this means team members are encouraged to develop a deep level of expertise in one area (the vertical bar of the T), while also gaining the ability to collaborate and contribute across different functions (the horizontal bar of the T).
In short, we value people who are strong in one thing—but also flexible and willing to help out in other areas. This internship is ideal for someone who’s curious, adaptable, and ready to learn by doing.
This is a casual, learning-focused role designed for university students or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in event delivery, education, or emerging technology. Training and support will be provided.
