About the role
We are looking for an Assessment Coordinator to join our Assessment Cycle Production team for 6-months fixed term to cover a team member on secondment
The Assessment Cycle Production team is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of digital assessments across all schools and exam centres.
The Assessment Cycle Production team is part of the Operations and Logistics business unit and is responsible for the operational delivery of NCEA and NZ Scholarship assessments.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and maintaining essential project documentation.
- Coordinating steering group meetings, capturing decisions and actions.
- Monitoring productivity and effectiveness through data review and reporting.
- Assisting in the preparation and monitoring of assessment cycles.
- Providing administrative support and responding to enquiries.
- Contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team environment.
Skills and experience
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.
- Experience with project documentation and reporting.
- A team-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
