Job Description
Oversees front office operations during their shift, ensuring smooth guest service and staff coordination.Handles guest complaints, special requests, and emergencies in a professional and timely manner.
Supervises front office staff and supports them in delivering high service standards.
Coordinates with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, F&B) to resolve guest or operational issues.
Acts as the hotel’s representative in the absence of senior management, ensuring all procedures and policies are followed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Opera or Opera Cloud PMS
- Experience hotels
- Experience in a similar role
- Approachable, accommodating, and upbeat.
- You will be able to multitask and use your outstanding time management abilities to adhere to tight schedules while performing duties in a fast-paced setting.
