Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
- Maintain payroll records and assist with employee payments.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist with GST/VAT returns.
- Support external accountants or auditors during financial reviews.
- Maintain organized filing systems for invoices, receipts, and financial documents.
- Monitor cash flow and provide updates to management.
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting.
