The opportunity:

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager – Strategic Accounts to lead growth initiatives and enhance performance across key partnerships. In this influential role, you’ll work closely with advisers and their teams to strengthen the end-to-end risk sales process, build capability, and improve customer outcomes. Partnering with the Head of Strategic Accounts, you’ll engage with National Account advisers to drive Sales Excellence, Operational Efficiency, and build strong stakeholder relationships. If you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for collaboration and delivering results, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
