The Role
Based in Avondale, as Digital Delivery Manager, you'll: Oversee digital assets & network performance - monitor uptimes, resolve faults, plan upgrades, and provide regular reporting and strategic advice.
- Lead Field Service operations - direct field techs and contractors, manage hardware provisioning centres, stock, repairs, and new projects.
- Standardise processes - establish, document, and enforce network-wide protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards and continuous improvement.
- Safeguard network security - develop and implement security policies, conduct risk assessments, monitor for breaches, and manage incident response plans.
- Drive innovation & improvement - identify opportunities to optimise systems, explore emerging technologies, and review costs for efficiency gains.
- Lead and develop your team - set clear KPIs, provide coaching and progression pathways, and build a strong succession plan with hiring and training programs.
- Champion health & safety - embed safe work practices and ensure compliance with MediaWorks' environmental and quality standards.
About You
You're a highly skilled lead with a proven track record of managing digital networks and delivering operational excellence. You'll bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years' experience in network management, digital operations, or similar roles.
- Deep knowledge of digital displays, network security, and operational resilience.
- Expertise in project management & delivery, product development & deployment, process optimisation & cybersecurity & risk management
- High level of compliance in budget & resource management as well as vendor & contractor management
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across Technology, Projects, Operations, and Maintenance functions.
