Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a dedicated Health & Safety Coordinator to join us in central Auckland. This role is key to ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality cleaning services across one of our major sites. You’ll be instrumental in promoting a proactive safety culture, ensuring our people go home safe every day.
What you’ll do:
Champion health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives across the site
Monitor compliance and conduct regular safety checks and audits
Provide training, coaching, and guidance to staff and supervisors
Partner with operational leaders to drive a proactive safety culture
Support incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions
What we’re looking for:
Experience in health and safety, ideally in facilities, cleaning, or related industries
Solid knowledge of NZ health and safety legislation
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with attention to detail
Passion for keeping people safe at work
