About the role:
We are seeking a professional, full-time Administrator/Coordinator to join the IT team as a Service Delivery Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term parental leave cover. based in Christchurch. This role involves supporting RHCNZ, referrers, patients, and vendors with aspects of first-level IT support. You will be responsible for promptly triaging and escalating user incidents and requests, leading improvement initiatives in IT, procurement, financial controls, and optimizing IT service delivery for the business.

About the role:

This role involves supporting RHCNZ, referrers, patients, and vendors with aspects of first-level IT support. You will be responsible for promptly triaging and escalating user incidents and requests, leading improvement initiatives in IT, procurement, financial controls, and optimizing IT service delivery for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support: Act as the point of contact to assist stakeholders in engaging with IT Services and delivering solutions in a timely manner. This includes coordinating on-site support nationwide, monitoring, triaging, and prioritizing new requests, and providing updates to key stakeholders until full resolution.
- Procurement and Finance: Manage centralised purchasing of all IT hardware requirements, create purchase orders, oversee the process through invoicing and reconciliation, and coordinate quotes, purchases, delivery, and disposal for IT assets.
- Managed Services Support: Coordinate the delivery of IT services via managed services partners, including proactive hardware replacement, asset management, on-site support, mobile device procurement, and inventory control.
- Administration and Support: Provide general support for the IT Service Delivery Team and wider Technology team, coordinate deployment of IT resources, and offer additional support and coordination to IT project delivery initiatives.
- 2+ years’ experience within a customer service environment such as a Contact Centre / IT Service Desk
- Relevant IT industry certification(s) would be advantageous but not essential
- An ongoing desire and willingness to learn, own problems and find the best solution.
- You will have a strong customer service focus. Knowing when to listen, asking helpful questions, and sourcing further insight when needed.
- You will be resilient and understanding and able to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal customers and colleagues.
- You will be smart and agile thinker who can communicate clearly.
- You will be open to learning new systems, be coachable, and confident in asking questions when the need arises.
- You will be highly organised, and adept at multi-tasking, and self-managing priorities
