This role suits someone who’s organized, confident with legal processes, and skilled at keeping tasks moving. If you’re comfortable working with legal documents, communicating clearly, and managing multiple deadlines, then this is the role for you.

What does this role entail?

  • Coordinate litigation workflows across clients, customers, courts, and third-party legal partners to support timely and effective debt recovery
  • Liaise with external legal providers to initiate, monitor, and manage legal proceedings
  • Support client communications by summarizing litigation options, timelines, and outcomes in a clear and professional manner
  • Track case progress and outcomes, maintaining up-to-date records in internal systems and providing regular status updates to stakeholders
  • Prepare and review documentation required for litigation

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable and professional image.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A solutions-based mindset and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Initiative – a bias for taking action making decisions and proactively doing things for both current and future opportunities.
  • Adaptability – Responds positively to change and you're open to new ideas, assignments and approaches.
  • Eye for Detail – we will equip you with the tools and templates for jobs you undertake, but you will already be an organised and structured problem solver, with a high level of accuracy and ability to identify the detail.
