Are you passionate about finding and securing the best talent? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment? We’re looking for a proactive Recruitment Advisor to join our People and Culture team at Temperzone.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent across a wide range of roles – from shop floor to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across the business, from job scoping and advertising to interviewing and onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Source candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting through our ATS.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top industry talent.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and processes.
- Provide advice on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices.
This role is a full-time position working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday based at our head office on Tidal Rd, Mangere. While some flexibility is available, given the nature of the role, it is important that you are available onsite to assist our hiring managers and candidates. This role also manages our Australian based recruitment with assistance from the People Team members in AU.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a recruitment role (in-house), ideally within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – confident in partnering with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles at once.
- A proactive approach to sourcing and engaging candidates.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
