We are on the lookout for two Recruitment Coordinators (1 perm and 1 fixed term) to join us at the Intelligence Community Shared Services to provide recruitment administration and coordination support for the Government Communications Security Bureau (GCSB) | Te Tira Tiaki and the New Zealand Security Intelligence Service (NZSIS) | Te Pā Whakamarumaru.

About the role
Our Recruitment Coordinators play a pivotal part in helping us deliver an outstanding recruitment experience for our candidates and hiring managers. As you can imagine, our recruitment process involves a number of steps to ensure that we are hiring the right people to work in our unique environment. You'll be working alongside our team of Recruitment Advisors to ensure these processes run smoothly, documentation is completed and filed correctly at each stage and our recruitment timelines run to plan. This is an office-based position with the occasional opportunity to work from home.
Who we're looking for
You'll be an enthusiastic self-starter with the knack to pick things up and run with them, working as part of a team using your excellent prioritisation and communication skills. These opportunities will suit a professional proven administrator with the following skills and background:
Strong administration and coordination experience, preferably providing support to a busy recruitment team, or similar
Highly effective planning and organising skills, including time management and prioritising within a complex work environment with competing priorities
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to deliver high quality work output under pressure
Self-motivated, adaptable, innovative and adept at problem solving both independently and in a team environment
A strong customer service focus
Expected appointment range $73,684 - $78,596.

Working within our unique environment means we have to ensure you're eligible for employment.
You must:
Have been a New Zealand Citizen for at least 10 years
OR
Hold a current NZ Residency Class Visa and ideally have been a citizen of the UK, USA, Canada or Australia for at least 10 years
Be eligible to obtain a Top Secret Special (TSS) security clearance
Ordinarily, this means you'll have a 15-year checkable background in countries NZSIS Vetting can make meaningful and reliable checks.
