We are excited to be recruiting for a newly established role within our Tranzit Fleet and Workshop team based in Taranaki. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys variety in their day-to-day work.
As Service Coordinator you will work closely with our Workshop Foreman and Regional Workshop Manager to ensure the smooth running of our servicing, repairs, and vehicle maintenance operations of our Taranaki workshop.
A Day in the Life:
Start your morning by scheduling fleet servicing and maintenance, ensuring vehicles are booked and serviced on time.
Mid-morning, manage our fleet service system, maintaining accurate records and generating reports on rework, CPK, and ongoing vehicle issues.
Before lunch, take care of invoicing and raising Purchase Orders, ensuring everything is coded correctly and financial processes run smoothly.
In the afternoon, work alongside our Health & Safety and Finance teams to resolve issues, keep compliance on track, and support workshop operations.
End your day by reviewing activities, updating records, and setting the workshop up for success tomorrow.
What are we looking for?
Experience in planning, scheduling, or coordination in a similar environment.
Strong computer skills - comfortable with Microsoft programs and quick to learn new systems.
Accurate data entry skills and a strong eye for detail.
Good understanding of reporting and compliance requirements.
Clear communicator, team player, and highly organised with excellent time management.
