We're growing our Talent Attraction & Acquisition team and looking for experienced recruiters to help us attract and recruit the best talent in the market to help EY deliver on our strategy and growth targets.
We have a 12-month contract opportunity available, offering you the chance to make an impact and develop your skills. You’ll be joining a high performing, collaborative team who are committed to delivering the best possible experience to our candidates and stakeholders.
This role is based in our EY Auckland office. We offer a flexible work environment and our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours.

Ko Tō Rourou | Your key responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional candidates.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout the recruitment process and onboarding.
- Ensure system data integrity and adherence to policy and processes.
- Maintaining a dialogue with the hiring manager on aspects of the people agenda such as diversity, mobility and location strategy
Ngā Pūkenga | Skills and attributes for success
- Proven track record in recruitment, either in-house or agency, with a focus on sourcing and hiring top talent.
- Effective communication, negotiation, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to build relationships and work as part of a team, be adaptable and skilled at managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced, complex environment.
Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience managing recruitment within a professional services environment / large corporate across a broad range of roles.
