The Administration Support Officer provides essential support to the Area Manager and the wider station to provide administration, financial and human resource services.

The role is the glue that holds the station together offering support when required in all aspects of delivery. In this role there will be different requests and tasks to complete ranging from supporting the team through financial requests including petty cash, invoicing and reporting, to assisting the Area Manager in delivering and planning reports, travel bookings, ordering supplies and maintaining leave balances. While also supporting the functions of exhibits in conjunction with district. There is a good variety of work that means not only will you not get bored, but you will be heavily involved with supporting the wider District and Service Centres to achieve our business.

You will need to be passionate about service delivery, making sure current processes are working well, and constantly finding ways to improve on them. You will need to have excellent attention to detail, a good positive work ethic with strong integrity and resilience and not be afraid to ask questions when required.

Key Accountabilities:
Ensure all service requests and complaints are met with a professional, customer friendly, accurate and timely response.
Maintain records, resources, and databases to ensure they are kept up to data, easily accessible and managed in accordance with national policy.
Provide general administrative support for the Area Manager with tasks such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment and general maintenance.
Proactively develop and maintain strong partnerships and relationships both internal and external, and to ensure consistency of approach.

Utu ā-tau | Salary

This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $63,526 and $65,385 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
