We're looking for an organised and detail-focused individual with a knack for numbers.
Key Responsibilities
- Best practice accounts receivable, sales and credit control followed
- Raise and receipt Purchase Orders
- Coordinate and collate information, input information into spreadsheets as required and complete tasks in time to meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines
- Enter and maintain accurate financial data, including month-end reconciliations
- Assist with inventory management
- Supporting the transition to a new financial system
- Responding to queries from customers and internal teams
- Providing general finance and administration support as required

We’re looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in finance administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & general computer literacy
- Confident using finance/accounting systems — adaptable to learning new ones
- Can-do attitude
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Problem-solver with great communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
- Existing right to work in New Zealand (sponsorship not available)
