We are looking for a bookkeeper for our business
Responsibilities include:
- Issue invoices, estimates, record payments and send reminders to clients.
- Prepare accurate financial records and statements.
- Process accounts payable and receivable and bank reconciliation data.
- Manage payroll processing, including computation, disbursement, and reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in tax and accounting regulations.
- Coordinate with external accountants, lawyers, and tax advisors as needed.
- Support budget planning and financial forecasting.
- Maintain organised digital and paper filing systems for financial records.
It is a full time permanent employment with at least 32 hours per week.
An ideal applicant must have at least three years of relevant work experience or a relevant college/university qualification.
Pay rate will be between $26 - $30 per hour depending on your experience.
