About the Role
As a Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist at TSB Living, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement, online sales growth, and brand visibility. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels, ensuring strong ROI and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Advertising & Paid Media
- Plan, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max).
- Create and manage campaign structures, targeting strategies, budgets, and bidding to maximize ROAS.
- Develop engaging ad copy, creatives, and audience segments tailored to campaign goals.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing (creatives, formats, audiences, placements, CTAs).
- Implement remarketing/retargeting strategies to boost retention and repeat purchases.
- Optimize Google Merchant Center product feeds for compliance and competitiveness.
- Provide performance reports with insights and recommendations for scaling campaigns.
2. SEO & Website Optimization
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies across Google, Bing, and Yahoo.
- Conduct keyword research to improve organic visibility and rankings.
- Optimize product pages, metadata, and site structure for improved search performance.
- Monitor site health, backlinks, and technical SEO in collaboration with developers.
3. Social Media Management
- Manage and grow TSB Living’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Plan and schedule engaging posts, stories, and reels aligned with campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers to deliver high-quality, on-brand content.
- Highlight product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
4. Influencer & Affiliate Marketing
- Build and manage influencer partnerships to promote TSB Living products.
- Develop and expand the affiliate program to drive sales and reach.
- Track performance to ensure ROI and strong brand alignment.
5. Email & Retention Marketing (Klaviyo)
- Plan and execute email campaigns, including promotions and product features.
- Build and optimize automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, win-back, post-purchase).
- Segment audiences for personalized targeting.
- Analyze open rates, CTR, conversions, and revenue attribution to improve results.
6. Product & Performance Analysis
- Review product sales performance to identify bestsellers, slow movers, and opportunities.
- Recommend visibility and promotional strategies for underperforming products.
- Deliver regular insights and performance reports to management.
7. Marketing Strategy & Calendar
- Develop and maintain a marketing calendar aligned with seasonal sales and promotions.
- Generate fresh marketing ideas to enhance customer acquisition and engagement.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution of campaigns.
8. Collaboration & Teamwork
- Partner with designers on creative briefs and campaign materials.
- Work with store teams to ensure consistent online and offline branding.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging tools.
Skills & Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within retail or eCommerce.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager with measurable results.
- Strong SEO skills (on-page, off-page, technical) with proven traffic growth.
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (flows, automation, segmentation, reporting).
- Knowledge of affiliate and influencer marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Search Console, and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills for email and social campaigns.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Creative, proactive, and passionate about driving brand growth.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
- East Tamaki 2013: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
