About the role
We are looking for an Executive Assistant with the experience to support the CE and senior leadership team on a journey of continued success. In this role, you will;
- Provide executive administration support to the Chief Executive and wider leadership team across the complexity of diverse operations.
- Support Board activities from the compilation and dissemination of Board packs to the minuting of meetings and oversight of actions arising.
- Organise forums and events, creating presentations, content, and collateral to support the effective internal communication of strategic and business-wide matters.
- Take responsibility for business support operations, liaising with internal stakeholders and external providers to maintain efficiencies and critical outputs.
- Undertake project management activities on key initiatives, improvements and programmes of work.
Skills and experience
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A high level of proficiency in the MS Office suite and a strong understanding of wider IT systems and applications, including AI tools.
- The ability to take the initiative, pre-empt need and provide a high-quality service.
- The professionalism to manage requests and resolve issues promptly with diplomacy and confidentiality.
- Exceptional communication and relationship skills across a broad range of stakeholders to Board level.
- Flexibility to work autonomously and as part of the leadership team, responding to changing priorities seamlessly.
