The role:
The Major Accounts Business Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth through equipment and parts sales, expanding market share and building strong relationships with our major account customers. You will ensure alignment between our customer needs and Terra Cat’s value proposition.
You will lead by example by fostering a positive and high-performing culture within your team. Your proactive leadership and commitment to excellence will directly contribute to the success and growth of the company.
Some other key duties include:
maintain customer centricity at all times to identify and deliver tailored solutions that lead to high levels of customer satisfaction
mitigate risks by proactively addressing customer concerns and operational challenges and resolve customer issues effectively
work closely with the senior management to ensure product support and parts/service sales objectives are delivered
create detailed account plans to identify opportunities and achieve business objectives
work closely with marketing, service and support teams to deliver a unified customer experience
drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
stay informed on industry advancements and effectively communicate that to internal stakeholders

Travel will be a requirement of the role.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Commercial experience in a leadership role, with a strong understanding of financial performance and the ability to identify and act on business opportunities
Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to foster and maintain effective, long-term partnerships with both customers and team members
A continuous improvement mindset, demonstrating a proactive approach to identifying and implementing opportunities
