Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for performance marketing and brand storytelling? DEFEND is looking for a dynamic Marketing Lead to spearhead our digital campaigns and elevate our brand visibility across key markets.
As part of our Sales and Customer Engagement team, you’ll collaborate with a leading external agency and internal stakeholders to drive measurable growth, shape our brand narrative, and ensure our products and services shine in the market.
What you'll do
- Lead Performance Marketing: Own paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels.
- Amplify Brand Presence: Ensure consistent brand positioning and develop creative assets that differentiate DEFEND.
- Drive Campaign Excellence: Translate business goals into actionable media briefs and optimise campaigns using CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPA metrics.
- Manage Agency Relationships: Be the go-to liaison for our marketing agency, ensuring timelines, budgets, and KPIs are met.
- Deliver Insights: Provide clear reporting and actionable recommendations to iterate and scale high-performing initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in digital or performance marketing, ideally with agency collaboration.
- Expertise in tools like GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Looker Studio.
- A strategic mindset with sharp attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Experience in brand development and content strategy.
