We’re looking for a driven and creative Marketing Lead to take charge of end-to-end marketing campaign strategy and execution across Farmlands’ key business areas – retail, on-farm (B2B), and the Farmlands Card.
Reporting to the Head of Unified Marketing, you’ll bring ideas to life through hands-on delivery of integrated campaigns, collaborating with internal stakeholders, creative partners, and agency teams. You'll be responsible for ensuring campaigns are aligned with business objectives, delivered on time and on budget, and supported with clear, data-driven reporting.

You’re a confident marketer with a passion for creative execution and commercial impact. You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy managing multiple moving parts with ease.
You’ll bring:
5+ years’ experience in marketing and campaign delivery
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Proven ability to brief, deliver, and analyse marketing campaigns across multiple channels
A talent for selling creative ideas and driving engagement with internal and external partners
Familiarity with EDMs, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing (Adobe Campaign experience a plus)
Experience in the agriculture sector is a bonus, but not essential – we’ll back you to learn.
