Qualifications
Must-Haves:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (postgraduate qualification a plus).
7+ years’ experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience managing multi-site or multi-brand marketing strategies, ideally across healthcare, retail, or service industries.
Strong background in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social, CRM, marketing automation).
Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end campaigns – from strategy through to execution and performance tracking.
Solid understanding of budget management and driving ROI on marketing investment.
Experience partnering with operational teams and stakeholders across multiple locations.
Nice-to-Haves:
Healthcare or service-based marketing experience.
Familiarity with NZ consumer trends and competitive market insights.
Experience with patient/customer engagement strategies (e.g. loyalty programs, retention initiatives).
Proven track record of building and leading high-performing marketing teams.
