The opportunity

Are you a detail-driven administrator with a passion for keeping projects running smoothly? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where your organisational skills and initiative truly make a difference?

We're on the lookout for an experienced Project Administrator to become a vital part of our Canterbury team. You will bring experience from the construction industry, but above all, you will be a proactive, reliable team player who's ready to support our Project and Site Managers with precision and professionalism.

What you'll be doing

This is a diverse and hands-on role where no two days are the same.

You'll be responsible for the following:

  • Managing and maintaining project documentation systems
  • Keeping plans and records up to date across all project phases
  • Tracking and monitoring key documents to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks that keep our projects on track

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need the following:

  • Proven experience in project administration, within construction
  • Impeccable attention to detail and time management
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently
  • A confident, professional, and personable approach

Tech skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Procore
  • Experience with document control and management systems is essential
