The opportunity:
We are embarking on our most significant Information Technology transformation. The Modern Information Programme will achieve strategic objectives by establishing a cohesive source of truth for information and collaboration needs across our Australasian businesses.
The programme encompasses 5 pivotal projects, and as the Senior Business Analyst- Core & Intranet, you will ensure successful delivery of the Core infrastructure build and Intranet projects. You will engage and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to develop your understanding of the business current state of our SharePoint and Intranet, gather, analyse and document requirements through validation, development, testing and implementation.
You have the flexibility to travel trans-Tasman.
This is a fixed-term role until September 2026.
In addition to the above, you will:
Identify and understand business problems and opportunities.
Map out journey from current to future state.
Gather, analyse and document requirements through workshops.
Model solution requirements.
Facilitate communication and collaboration.
Propose and evaluate solutions.
Support the implementation and testing of solutions.
Identify and manage risks, quality and schedule related to your projects.
Deliver on projects specific Change Management strategies

To be successful in this role, you will have:
A relevant qualification (i.e. degree or Business Analyst qualification).
5+ years’ experience in relevant roles, ideally within large/complex organisations.
Proven experience delivering large IT projects.
Proven stakeholder engagement skills and strong influencing skills.
Experience with SharePoint and AvePoint Products and Jira preferred.
Clear and concise verbal and written communication.
Experience with Waterfall and Agile projects.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
