Key activities you will be responsible for:
- Business Partnering - use your ability to communicate and build strong relationships working with stakeholders to identify key profit drivers that support the achievement of financial performance outcomes.
- Performance Reporting and insights - use your commercial acumen to drive value add insights and reporting that informs decision making, risks and opportunities.
- Planning and forecasting - working with key stakeholders, support the delivery of a robust forecast and annual (AOP) budget process for Everyday Rewards.
- Team and culture - Be a key player in fostering a collaborative, supportive, and fun environment. Working collaboratively across the FinX NZ team, wider NZ Finance and Group Finance teams, being a trusted role model and mentor to junior members of the team.

To succeed in this role, you will be building your career in a Finance Business Partnering environment, with experience supporting a portfolio or business to deliver key performance outcomes. You will be a relationship builder who is also a strong communicator, is not afraid to challenge the status quo, using your ability to provide advice and insight to support robust decision making and commercial outcomes. You will embrace change and have a curious mindset.
