You’ll be ‘the glue’ within this tight-knit team and will be instrumental in making sure that change is delivered exceptionally well across the organisation.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communication and Change, you’ll be creating and coordinating content for our internal communication channels. A way with words and a strong creative flair means you’ll write, film and edit stories that inform, engage and connect our people.
You’ll support the wider team to implement change and communication strategies that help build organisational culture and engagement and you’ll be out and about working with a wide range of people across our diverse organisation.

Qualifications

- A tertiary degree or similar qualification in a related field.
- You will ideally bring 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, but this role could also suit a new graduate ready to make an impact.
- Fantastic writing skills.
- Photo and video editing/production skills.
- Ability to lead and deliver corporate communication projects.
- Tech savvy - experience working with digital communication channels and ability to pick up new tools and technology quickly.
- An eye for design and great attention to detail.
- Flexible and ability to adapt in a complex environment.
- A people person and a multitasker – the ability to work on numerous projects – with numerous people at once.
