We're growing our HR team and looking for 4x full-time, fixed-term Recruitment Coordinators to join us in Wellington for 12 months (reviewable)

Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About the position
In this role you will be supporting hiring managers across Aotearoa New Zealand through the full recruitment journey—from advertising roles, managing and screening applications, to coordinating interviews, supporting offers, completing pre-employment checks, and onboarding kaimahi (staff).
This is a hands-on role where you'll be the go-to person for both candidates and managers, helping ensure recruitment runs smoothly, reflects good practice, and delivers a positive experience for both managers and candidates.

The Recruitment Coordinator role requires you to be an adaptable team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, busy environment. Being able to use your initiative, having excellent communication skills and being self-motivated will be critical to your success.
You will have a good eye for detail, excellent interpersonal and time-keeping skills to ensure a high level of service is provided, and deadlines are met.
While experience in Recruitment/HR is not essential, you will need to have at least 12 months' proven experience in a busy administration or coordinator role.
