About the Role
The primary purpose of the role is to:
- Analyse payroll data and assist with solution development for the new payroll system
- Support the lead with the configuration and the testing of the new payroll system
- Support the team to enable data conversion from the current payroll system to the new system
- Provide technical support and advice to the payroll teams as and when required
About you
You have over five years of experience in payroll or system testing, with strong analytical and numerical skills that support your work across complex payrolls of 1,000+ employees. You're confident writing and testing payroll system scripts and have a solid understanding of payroll legislation, including experience working with MECAs and IEAs.
Your strong communication and interpersonal skills help you collaborate effectively across teams. You're known for translating complex issues into clear solutions and for bringing a reliable, detail-focused approach to everything you do.
