Team Administrator - Wellington

We’re looking for a proactive and efficient Team Administrator to support the Central Structural team. You’ll provide high-quality administrative support to the Section Manager and team, helping coordinate reports, diaries, correspondence, meetings, travel, and supplies. You’ll also assist with reception cover, document formatting, data management, and staff processes including inductions and timesheets.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining section Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) activities, supporting internal and external clients, and ensuring timely, professional communication. Managing your own workflow, you’ll contribute to team goals and seek feedback to continuously improve.

You bring experience in office administration, proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, and a genuine desire to help. You’re approachable, calm under pressure, and proactive in solving problems. You take pride in producing accurate, well-presented documents and understand the importance of professionalism, teamwork, and aligning your efforts with organisational goals.
