Your Role:
Direct and manage traffic flow at construction sites, intersections, and events
Set up and maintain cones, signs, and barricades for safe traffic control
Communicate effectively with drivers, pedestrians, and team members
Monitor traffic conditions and adjust control measures as needed
Complete required paperwork and reports
What We’re Looking For:
Valid TTM, TMO, or STMS certification
Full driver’s license with a clean record
Experience in traffic control or civil construction (preferred but not required)
Strong communication skills & ability to stay calm under pressure
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
Willing to work long hours, early mornings, or late nights (Mon-Fri)
